Hand Made Gardens ("we", "us") is a landscaping business based in McLaren Vale, South Australia. This page explains what information we collect through this website and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you use our Get a Quote or Contact forms, we collect what you enter directly: your name, phone number, email address, suburb, a description of the project, and — for Get a Quote — an optional budget figure and any photos you choose to attach.
We don't use cookies or tracking scripts for advertising, and we don't sell or share your information with third parties. We may use website analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they look at — this doesn't identify you personally.
What we do with it
We use the information you provide to prepare your quote, get in touch about your project, and keep a record of the job if it goes ahead. We don't use it for anything beyond that, and we don't add you to a mailing list or send marketing emails.
Where it's stored
Form submissions are handled by Netlify, the company that hosts this website, and are stored in our own records for as long as needed to manage your enquiry or job.
